Currently leading AI and project implementation initiatives at Outbound Funnel, she combines analytical precision with strategic foresight to deliver innovative solutions that drive organizational efficiency. Over the course of her career, Monica has successfully managed complex projects for global organizations such as Edenred Pay USA and ADP, where she streamlined implementation processes, improved client experiences, and fostered cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams.

Born and raised in Colombia, Monica moved to the United States at 19—a life-changing decision that set the foundation for her professional and personal growth. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Central Florida, where she made the Dean’s List twice and became active in leadership and development societies. She volunteers at her local church and with the Orlando Outreachers Organization, helping provide essential support to vulnerable populations. In her free time, she enjoys working out, gardening, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
