Monica Crawford is a Health & Performance Coach and the founder of Five-0 Fierce and Fit, where she empowers women leaders whose work never slips—but whose health often does—to build steady energy and lean strength in just 26 weeks, without adding more to-dos. Drawing from her experience as a former law enforcement officer, Monica understands the unique pressures that high-performing women face and helps them reclaim their health, mental clarity, and confidence through her proven FIERCE Method. She has coached over 500 women to achieve sustainable fitness, nutrition, and recovery habits without extreme dieting or exhausting routines.

Monica’s journey began in law enforcement, where she served her community with dedication but discovered the toll that chronic stress, trauma, and relentless demands can take on the mind and body. Determined to break free from the “I’ll take care of myself later” mindset, she pivoted to health and performance coaching, blending her professional discipline with a passion for empowering women to thrive. She is also a published author of Stand Tall & Take No Sh*t, a book and leadership playbook that combines memoir and actionable strategies for women navigating high-pressure careers while protecting their wellbeing.

A lifelong athlete and scholar, Monica holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University and certifications as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach. She has served as a keynote speaker at numerous women’s leadership and law enforcement conferences, sharing insights on health, resilience, and performance optimization. Through her coaching, speaking, and mentorship, Monica helps women lead with strength, confidence, and sustainability—showing them that true leadership begins with putting themselves first.
