Monterey McEachern

Monterey McEachern is a Family Law Attorney practicing in Miami, Florida. She has been a practicing attorney for a little over a year and previously worked in family law for three years through various internships, clerkships, and positions at different firms. Prior to entering the legal field, she built a foundation in communications and writing, interning at a magazine where she led editing and ensured content was concise and on brand while also writing articles. During college, she served as head of public relations for a student-run organization covering school sporting events and wrote media pieces. She later interned at the San Francisco News, publishing articles about the greater San Francisco area. In her current practice, Monterey handles a range of family law matters including child custody, divorce, and relocations, with a focus on meaningful cases that allow her to help clients effectively. She is passionate about using her legal skills for animal rights advocacy, having served as president of the Animal Rights Club in law school and regularly fostering dogs and assisting with adoptions in Doral on weekends. Monterey is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society through the Florida Bar and participates in her church group in Coral Gables.
