About Morgan

Morgan Chiarelly is a dynamic professional specializing in regenerative business solutions, with advanced degrees in International Sustainability Management (MSc) and Business Administration (MBA). She is passionate about leveraging sustainability principles to create meaningful impact for organizations and communities, combining her academic expertise with hands-on experience in operations, strategic project management, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Morgan also enjoys traveling and challenging herself in new ways, bringing curiosity and adaptability to both her professional and personal pursuits.

A graduate of ESSCA School of Management in Paris, France, Morgan completed a thesis on crisis management in global supply chains, which was published as "Enhancing Supply Chain Resilience in Luxury Fashion Companies: A Resource-Based View Analysis of France, Italy, and the US." She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an operations management focus from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, and holds a certificate in cross-cultural negotiation from Kedge Business School in Marseille, France.

With over six years of experience in luxury kitchen design and event management, Morgan has held leadership roles, including Event Manager at Kesseböhmer USA, where she led trade show initiatives and earned the National Kitchen and Bath Association's 30 Under 30 award. She also serves as a Sustainability Consultant with Funding the Commons and has held roles with TrueLearn and Live Nation Entertainment, applying her expertise in sustainable supply chain management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Committed to driving positive change, Morgan continues to foster sustainability and efficiency across the organizations and projects she engages with.
