What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute any success to a combination of hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and a commitment to empowering others. Over the past six years, I have grown from tax preparation into strategic-focused work, building a foundation in technical compliance and process improvement. I find the greatest reward in guiding new business owners, helping them understand regulations and build their futures, and witnessing those moments of clarity and confidence. The mentors who shaped my journey inspired me to pay it forward through leadership, and as I work toward earning my CPA, I remain dedicated to creating a legacy of insight, efficiency, and meaningful impact - one streamlined process and one enlightened client at a time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to be step outside of your comfort zone. Be courageous and embrace opportunities. That mindset has guided me from a young age and continues to push me forward, especially because that has never come naturally to me. By stepping forward with determination and resilience, you position yourself to achieve meaningful success and make a lasting impact in your field.
