“Fail fast” may sound counterintuitive, but it encourages rapid learning and iteration. When failure is treated as insight rather than defeat, it allows you to adapt quickly and create better outcomes.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Go at it full force, whatever the challenge may be. Pursue opportunities with determination, stay adaptable and committed to learning, take ownership of mistakes, and have the discipline to pause and reassess when needed.

Consulting is an ever-evolving blend of art and science. Staying current with emerging technologies is essential to understanding their limitations, benefits, and risks. Providing clients with the most up-to-date insights is key to building strong partnerships and delivering effective business solutions.
