What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
”Faill fast,” is an odd thing to say but once you become familiar with how it truly serves you, it becomes a motto. Once you overcome the stigma of what “failure” means, you can turn things around faster and more efficiently.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
"Go at it full force." Be adaptable, willing to learn, take accountability for mistakes, and don't be afraid to step back and re-evaluate when something isn't working.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A key challenge and opportunity is increasing visibility and recognition for women in the tech field and creating pathways to bring more women forward.
