Her Interview

Ten minutes with Natalie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of resilience, continuous learning, and a commitment to personal growth. My journey began with studying psychology at Florida State University and evolved into becoming a transformation coach after navigating personal and professional challenges in the film industry. Those experiences inspired me to earn certifications in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming, equipping me to help others create meaningful change in their lives. Working with high-profile clients, including a former contestant from The Bachelorette, along with building a top-five dating podcast and becoming a published author, has reinforced my belief that authentic success comes from embracing challenges, staying purpose-driven, and continually investing in both personal and professional development.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received came through the guidance of remarkable mentors, including the late Gary Marshall, Paul Bedridge, and Ivana, who encouraged me to trust my instincts and pursue work that aligned with my purpose. Their wisdom, combined with my own personal struggles and spiritual growth, helped me realize that fulfillment comes from following your heart rather than a predetermined path. Although I initially planned to pursue a Ph.D. in psychology, I ultimately chose a career in coaching, where I could make a direct impact on others' lives. That decision taught me that success is rooted in authenticity, purpose, and the courage to embrace the path you are truly called to follow.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace your authentic self and never lose sight of who you are. True confidence and lasting success come from developing a strong sense of self-worth and learning to genuinely love and value yourself. When you lead with authenticity, you build meaningful relationships, inspire trust, and create opportunities that align with your purpose rather than trying to meet others' expectations. Your uniqueness is your greatest strength, so let it guide both your personal and professional journey.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest opportunities in my field is the ability to help people navigate some of the most significant transformations of their lives. Whether guiding individuals through personal growth, relationships, or major life transitions, I have the privilege of empowering clients to overcome limiting beliefs and create lasting, positive change. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, including a former cast member of The Bachelorette, I have seen firsthand the profound impact that personalized coaching and authentic support can have. The greatest challenge and ultimately the greatest reward is helping each person unlock their full potential and step confidently into the life they are meant to live.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are authenticity, compassion, self-love, and service to others. I believe that meaningful transformation begins by learning to truly love and accept yourself, and I strive to model that in my own life as much as I encourage it in my clients. My journey from pursuing filmmaking and studying psychology and criminology to working as a field producer and actress while overcoming personal challenges taught me the importance of healing, resilience, and continuous growth. Through counseling, 12-step recovery, and a commitment to my own personal development, I discovered that helping others while continuing my own journey creates the greatest impact. Those experiences ultimately led me to an unexpected yet deeply fulfilling career in coaching, where my purpose is to empower others to embrace their worth, cultivate healthy relationships, and create lasting change.
