02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from the company president: everything about me was excellent, but my excessive honesty could be a liability. Since then, I’ve learned to balance candor with strategic tact, delivering clear, authentic communication while protecting relationships and organizational interests.

Own your expertise and voice:Build deep domain knowledge (policy, regulation, and cross-border dynamics) and speak with confidence. Your perspective is valuable in shaping strategic decisions.
