She is a CX + Insights Leader with extensive experience in global digital innovation, consumer research, and strategic experience design. She has built and led research and insights practices at Nike, defining North America Men’s consumer strategy, developing enterprise consumer segmentation, and shaping omnichannel retail and digital experiences.
Now running her own CX + Insights Consulting practice, she advises organizations on consumer journey mapping, qualitative research, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. She excels at connecting business goals with human-centered design, creating measurable impact in brand engagement, digital products, and retail experiences.
