I attribute my success to determination, grit, and drive. What drives me is my daughter, showing her that you can be successful no matter what you do, you just have to work for it.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The sheer determination and grit will get you further than a PhD, at least in this industry. Determination, grit, and the unwavering ability to continue down a path that sometimes isn't easy.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn your craft, be an expert about it, understand the way that your customers think and the way that your local or your company thinks, and figure out a way to make it a win for the customer, a win for your company, and therefore a win for you as well.
