About Nicole
Nicole Parsley is an automotive professional and aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for hands-on craftsmanship and building a business of her own. Based in Crooksville, Ohio, she began developing her automotive skills while attending vocational school in high school, where she studied automotive technology and gained experience in vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake work, tune-ups, detailing, and auto body cleanup. Since graduating in 2001, she has continued to build practical experience across the automotive industry while remaining focused on turning her entrepreneurial vision into reality.
Currently, Nicole works in manufacturing, producing brake and fuel lines for major automotive manufacturers while continuing to pursue opportunities that align with her long-term goal of owning a business specializing in custom automotive interior design. She believes success comes from strong time management, accountability, and treating people with respect. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in creating a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed, reflecting the kind of business culture she hopes to build as an entrepreneur.
Nicole credits much of her confidence and determination to the encouragement of her grandmother, who taught her that she could accomplish anything she set her mind to. She encourages young women interested in skilled trades to pursue their passions without allowing stereotypes or outside opinions to discourage them. Guided by independence, perseverance, and a commitment to doing quality work, Nicole continues to invest in her skills while working toward her dream of building a successful business and making her mark in the automotive industry.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my grandmother, who always encouraged me to believe that I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. Her confidence in me gave me the determination to pursue my goals with resilience and purpose.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that everyone will have an opinion, but ultimately, I need to make the decisions that are right for me. Trusting my judgment has helped me stay true to my goals and values.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If this is the career you're passionate about, go for it. Believe in your abilities, stay committed to your goals, and don't let obstacles or stereotypes discourage you from pursuing the work you love.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the ongoing challenges in my field is that women can still face bias and resistance in traditionally male-dominated environments. However, this also presents an opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities, break down barriers, and help create a more inclusive industry for future generations.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value independence, attention to detail, and a structured approach to my work. Staying organized and maintaining high standards helps me deliver consistent, quality results in both my professional and personal life.
