The best career advice I’ve ever received is to slow down and not get ahead of myself. It’s better to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that every effort and decision is thoughtful and impactful.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t be afraid. Ask questions, seek clarity, and embrace every opportunity to learn. Confidence grows through curiosity and persistence.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in our field right now is communication, particularly as automation becomes more prevalent. While technology streamlines many processes, maintaining clear, human-centered communication is essential to ensure collaboration, understanding, and trust remain at the core of our work.

The values most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are morality, transparency, and integrity. I believe in doing what’s right, being open and honest in my actions, and upholding strong ethical standards in everything I do.
