About Nicole
Nicole L. Williams is a healthcare professional and entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in case management, specializing in leave and disability services, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and short-term disability claims. She currently works as a case management contractor, supporting client intakes, reviewing medical documentation, coordinating with employers, and assisting with return-to-work planning and restrictions.
Throughout her career, Nicole has developed extensive experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and human services. Her professional background includes more than a decade with Nevada Community Enrichment Program, where she worked with individuals with traumatic brain injuries and earned Employee of the Year recognition. She also spent years with the Clark County School District, worked as a Behavioral Health Technician before advancing into case management, and gained additional experience managing insurance claims and disability cases with Alight Solutions.
In addition to her healthcare career, Nicole is the founder and owner of The Scrub Suite, an online medical apparel and supply store serving healthcare professionals. She launched the business to provide accessible medical products while continuing to apply her healthcare industry knowledge. Nicole credits her success to her family’s support and legacy, and she values honesty, transparency, accountability, and maintaining healthy boundaries in both her professional and personal life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family. I come from a strong and successful family background, and being born and raised in Las Vegas has surrounded me with generations of hardworking and accomplished individuals who have inspired and motivated me throughout my journey. Their support, example, and encouragement have played an important role in shaping who I am today.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to always have a goal and always have a plan for how to accomplish it. Whether the path is easy or challenging, it is important to remain determined, find solutions, and continue working toward achieving your goals.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to always have a goal and find a way to make it happen. Stay focused on what you want to achieve, remain persistent, and be willing to take the necessary steps to turn your goals into reality.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are honesty, transparency, and being forthright in my interactions with others. I have also learned the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, both professionally and personally. These values guide the way I communicate, make decisions, and build relationships.
