What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to the next generation of women in technical fields: Resilience and empathy are your greatest allies. This industry will challenge you—but every obstacle is a chance to grow. Stay persistent, stay adaptable, and learn from every experience. At the same time, lead with empathy. Understanding others’ perspectives builds trust, strengthens teams, and makes you a more effective leader. When you balance resilience with empathy, you don’t just survive—you thrive. You lead with authenticity, and you inspire others to do the same.

Client satisfaction doesn’t always require more resources, just smarter use of what we already have.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I place great value on balance, growth, and connection. Practices like yoga and meditation help me stay grounded, while dancing and traveling allow me to embrace creativity and new experiences. I also deeply appreciate the power of community, especially platforms that connect and empower other women. Building and nurturing these relationships, both professionally and personally, enriches my life and fuels my passion for continuous learning and collaboration.
