Olga Standard is a Demand Buyer and Supply Chain professional at Cardinal Health, where she has built a decade-long career focused on demand planning, forecasting, analytics, and supply chain optimization. Based in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area, Olga currently supports the at-home business segment, where she manages demand forecasts, improves forecast accuracy, and helps optimize service levels for Cardinal-branded products. Throughout her tenure at Cardinal Health, she has held several roles, including Demand Planner, Supply Chain Consultant, Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Operations Analyst, gaining broad expertise across supply chain operations and data-driven decision-making.

Originally from Venezuela, Olga moved to the United States to study English and pursue advanced education, earning a Master of Information System Management with a focus on Project Management and Management Information Systems from DeVry University, as well as a master’s degree in Sales Management and Marketing from EUDE Business School. She began her career journey in the U.S. as a contractor at Cardinal Health after completing her studies and later transitioned into a full-time role. Her professional growth has been shaped by persistence, a positive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning, with a strong belief that challenges and mistakes provide opportunities for improvement.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Olga is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and community service. She believes leadership is not defined by a job title but by the ability to inspire others, deliver results, and help teammates succeed. Through Cardinal Health’s leadership and mentorship programs, employee initiatives, and volunteer activities, she actively supports the growth of others and contributes to meaningful causes, including organizing fundraising efforts for earthquake relief in Venezuela.
