Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my parents and my own dedication and perseverance.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was from Mark Vanderberg, a financial planner at Vanguard. He told me, “Things are always going to be hard—either now or later. It’s like going to the gym: the workouts might not be enjoyable in the moment, but the effort you put in now will pay off in the long run.”

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be fearless, stay confident, and work hard. Believe in your abilities, take on challenges with determination, and never underestimate the power of persistence.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest opportunities in my field right now is the continuous learning experience — there’s always something new to discover and skills to develop. However, one of the main challenges remains the amount of manual labor involved, which can be both physically demanding and time-consuming.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are respect, support, kindness, and leading by example. I believe in treating others with dignity, offering encouragement, and demonstrating through my actions the standards I hold myself to.
