By setting intentional goals and remaining focused on my long-term vision, I have been able to make informed decisions, stay resilient in the face of challenges, and continuously grow both personally and professionally.

Best career advice is from her brother that is in accountant. " If you want to make a difference you be on top of your game."

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never limit themselves or allow others to define what they can achieve based on gender. Believe in your abilities, pursue your goals with confidence, and remain steadfast in the knowledge that your potential is determined by your vision, work ethic, and resilience not by stereotypes or external expectations.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is navigating the competitive landscape for accounting roles in the U.S. While there is strong demand for skilled accountants, securing the right opportunities requires a combination of technical expertise, relevant certifications, and the ability to differentiate oneself in a crowded job market. At the same time, this environment presents significant opportunities for growth and advancement for those who stay current with industry standards, continuously build their professional network, and demonstrate adaptability to evolving financial technologies and regulations.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, commitment, and education.
