Otilia Canter-Weidenbacher: Speaker: Otilia Canter - Weidenbacher, President - Lumina Business SolutionsWhat does being an Influential Woman mean to you?Otilia Canter - Weidenbacher: Hello, everybody. Good afternoon. Um, influential women and other influential people and just women in our community. I greet you all from the beautiful safety harbor, Florida. Where life is paradise. Just like in all the other towns adjacent, I would like to use this opportunity today being On Wednesday February 11th, I would like to wish everybody a happy Valentine's Day. And my message is going to be a message of love. Being an influential woman for me, first of all means helping myself and then helping others. After spending two decades in the corporate world where people get very stressed out, where the lifestyle is not necessarily. The best for our well-being and health and stress levels, as well as for our joy levels. I have decided to um leave the corporate world. Work part-time as a consultant and trusted advisor to my clients. Anybody who needs HR outsourcing solutions, including payroll workers' compensation, group benefits, you name it, even general liability insurance, um, but also to Continue and take my yoga business to the next level and introduce elements of qigong, kundalini yoga, and just breathwork. Whatever you do, just please keep breathing. Life is so beautiful, and we need to take a moment and notice all these beautiful birds. And sunsets. And more birds, and a tennis court that nobody uses. So, be happy, be joyful, take care of your health first. And if the influential woman mama is happy, the family is happy, the husband is happy, the children are happy. So and then the employers and your employees, whichever your position, your social status might be. Love yourself first, help yourself first. And then by helping yourself you can help others and we can Make an impact. In whichever industry and whichever domain that you decide socially, personally. As a housewife, as a CEO, it doesn't really matter. Women are queen, and queen. Fortunately or unfortunately, I have to wear many, many hats. So this happy Valentine's, my friends, and I look forward to collaborating with so many beautiful women. And taking my involvement with a couple of nonprofits that do support women like the Spring of Tampa Bay and Bridge and Freedom and so forth, the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, CASA. Capitals for humanity, not just women anyways, and maybe, maybe taking it a step further and providing some wellness services, bringing them to the corporations doors and making all of the employees, not just women, a little bit healthier and a little bit happier. Bye now.What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Otilia Canter - Weidenbacher: As far as the one piece of advice that I would like to give younger ladies. That's Might not be ready or be afraid to chase their dreams. Please do it. Do it at any age. Ask for help. There are so many collaborative women that will give you a hint. I'm one of them. Chase your dreams while you are young so you can build an empire and build the life of your dreams, and be unstoppable, be the queen that you are. You truly, you can do it. You can do it, just do it.
