01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, and maintaining strong organization in every area of my life. Balancing professional responsibilities with family life requires discipline and effective time management, and I have learned the importance of making the most of each day.

I believe success is measured by accomplishing the responsibilities in front of me and doing them well. I strive to respond promptly, stay organized, and maintain schedules that allow me to manage both my work and personal commitments effectively. For me, success is found in consistently giving my best and fulfilling my responsibilities with excellence.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to focus on being reliable and consistent. Skills can be learned, but people remember those who follow through on their commitments, communicate clearly, and deliver results. This principle has guided me throughout my career in administration and operations management.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to never underestimate the value of organization, communication, and continuous learning. Technology and business environments are constantly evolving, so staying curious and adaptable is essential. Believe in your abilities, ask questions, and do not be afraid to take on new challenges. Confidence grows through experience, and every challenge is an opportunity to learn.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest challenges in my field is expanding our client base and establishing new business relationships in the United States. Compared with Argentina, business development and decision-making processes tend to move more slowly, requiring patience and persistence.

Our opportunity lies in increasing our visibility, building stronger professional networks, and connecting with new clients. As we continue growing our presence in the U.S. market, developing relationships and creating additional opportunities for collaboration will be essential to the future success of our business.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Responsiveness, organization, punctuality, and hard work are the values that guide me both professionally and personally. I believe in staying on top of communication, responding quickly, and maintaining structure in everything I do.

Organization is essential to balancing my responsibilities at work and at home. By maintaining schedules and prioritizing effectively, I am able to manage multiple commitments while ensuring that I fulfill my obligations and contribute positively to those around me.
