01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuous learning, adaptability, and strong collaboration. I’ve always been willing to learn new technologies, listen to different perspectives, and understand the “why” behind a challenge before finding a solution. I also believe in building strong relationships and staying committed to delivering quality work. Most importantly, I see every challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better at what I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to never stop learning and never be afraid to ask questions. You don’t need to have all the answers; what matters is being curious, adaptable, and willing to learn. Every challenge, change, and person you work with can teach you something valuable—and that mindset has helped me grow throughout my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious, keep learning, and believe in the value you bring. Be committed to what you do and stay true to your values, even when faced with challenges. I believe integrity, dedication, and treating people with respect are just as important as knowledge and skills. Your values shape your reputation, and the way you show up consistently can have a lasting impact on your career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities—and challenges—in my field is the rapid evolution of technology, especially AI and automation. While embracing new tools is important, I strongly believe that experience matters. Years of business knowledge, understanding processes, and learning from real-world challenges provide a perspective that technology alone cannot replace. The greatest opportunity lies in combining experience with new technology, continuous learning, and adaptability to create meaningful business value.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, commitment, respect, and family are the values that matter most to me. I believe in honoring my commitments, respecting people and their time, and treating others with kindness and understanding. Family keeps me grounded and reminds me of what truly matters. I’ve also learned to accept what life brings, move forward with a positive mindset, and focus on my own journey rather than comparing myself to others. To me, success is about staying true to your values, continuing to grow, and appreciating the people and experiences that shape you along the way.
