Phuong Le

Phuong Le is a dedicated data analyst and senior business analytics instructor who bridges diverse expertise with data-driven insights. She currently serves as a Data Analyst at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and as a Senior Business Analytics Instructor at COOP Careers. Simultaneously, she is enrolled in the Pre-MBA program at GLOBIS University, where she is expanding her knowledge in leadership, business strategy, and management. Phuong leverages over 10 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving to help communities grow through analytical thinking and data-informed decisions.
Phuong’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Data Analytics from UC Berkeley and current studies toward an MBA at GLOBIS University in Tokyo. Her professional journey has focused on data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics instruction, with notable roles including mentoring cohorts in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. She has created impactful systems, including an ETL pipeline in 2025, to improve efficiency and data management.
Her career highlights include developing and validating extensive datasets at SAHA, mentoring data analytics fellows at COOP Careers, and delivering comprehensive projects analyzing global carbon emissions and telecom campaign data. Phuong has consistently contributed to process improvements, facilitated workshops, and built tools to support tracking and professional development, demonstrating both technical expertise and a commitment to empowering others.
Phuong actively contributes to her community through volunteer work, including her involvement with COOP Careers Nonprofit, helping foster learning and professional growth among diverse populations.
