Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family. They’ve been my foundation, providing support, encouragement, and perspective through every stage of my journey. Knowing I have people who believe in me has given me the confidence to keep pushing forward and the motivation to do my best in everything I take on.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received was from someone who told me, 'Keep doing what you're doing and doing it well, cause I want you to be my boss one day.' That moment stuck with me. Hearing a leader express that level of confidence in my potential was both meaningful and deeply motivating, and it’s continued to shape how I approach my work.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I’d say: believe in yourself. Have confidence in what you’re doing, because you’re doing the best you can with the resources you have right now. It’s so important to trust yourself and recognize that you’re making the best decisions possible with what’s available to you.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges include:

  • Being taken seriously in a male-dominated environment
  • Balancing assertiveness with how it’s perceived
  • Navigating communication gaps on urgency and priorities

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are integrity, growth, and empathy. I believe in doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easiest choice, and showing up consistently with honesty and accountability.

I also value continuous growth, being open to learning, improving, and adapting over time. Whether in my career or personal life, I try to stay curious and committed to becoming better.

And just as important is empathy. Understanding and respecting others, listening with intention, and leading with kindness helps build strong relationships and a positive environment in any space I’m part of.
