What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a curious mindset, a strong drive for continuous learning, and a focus on solving problems from multiple perspectives. Over the past 15 years in enterprise automation and agentic AI, I’ve combined technical depth in Computer Science with business acumen to support leaders in making strategic decisions and building future-ready automation ecosystems for Center of Excellence programs. I also believe success comes from consistency and authenticity—showing up for myself every day, striving for continuous improvement, and evolving as a leader so I can positively impact and inspire others.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep learning continuously, because you can never have too much knowledge.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to evolve alongside technology and AI, rather than trying to catch up with it. Stay curious, keep learning continuously, and don’t hesitate to build both technical depth and business understanding. The field changes quickly, and adaptability is one of the most valuable strengths you can develop.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field is bridging the gap between AI hype and delivering real, practical value in enterprise automation. I often work with long-standing legacy systems that people are hesitant to change, so a key part of my role is helping teams modernize thoughtfully while preserving critical knowledge. Another challenge is addressing misconceptions about AI—especially the fear that it replaces jobs—when in reality it’s meant to augment and improve productivity. Overall, much of my work focuses on clear communication, change management, and building trust in responsible AI adoption.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core value is consistency—showing up for myself every day, continuously learning, and striving to improve even in small ways. In a fast-evolving field like IT and AI, I focus on staying adaptable while remaining true to myself and being a reliable source of inspiration and leadership for others. On a personal level, I value balance, making time for fitness, family, and friends, and staying present so I don’t lose sight of meaningful moments while pursuing growth.
