Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to passion, grit, dedication, and love for what I do and how I can make a better impact. For me, it's about being unstoppable and nurturing the people I work with. That's the kind of leadership we need. I believe in never giving up and keep pursuing towards your dreams, even when things don't work out the first time. You just have to keep pushing harder and try better next time, and you'll find success at some point.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say just never give up and keep pursuing towards your dreams. Make a larger impact in the world and build a legacy that's not just for you, but grow a platform that can help many people arise. Many times, young women give up easily when something doesn't work, instead of pushing harder and trying better next time. That's when the grit comes in - you just have to keep pursuing and not giving up, and you'll find success at some point. I also think many times the passions we have don't align with our families or how it can actually help us to survive and thrive, but you have to push through that.
