Rachel DiMouro

Rachel DiMouro has spent 12 years building a non-traditional career in technology after entering the field completely self-taught without completing college. She launched her professional journey at a small glass manufacturing company in western Massachusetts, where she started as an IT administrator and quickly took ownership of the entire IT department along with full-stack engineering responsibilities for the company's legacy LAMP-based invoicing and production tracking system. Through rapid self-directed learning of multiple web and backend languages, she established the foundation for a career that has spanned software engineering and adjacent roles across numerous industries and tech stacks. For the last five years she has concentrated on solutions engineering, pre-sales, and post-sales work, helping customers solve complex technical challenges in the observability space. In parallel, Rachel serves as CTO of Kalo.io, a woman-led platform she co-founded with her sister and mother to foster community connections and address social interaction challenges.
