Her Interview
Ten minutes with Rachel
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who has blessed me with the desires, talents, and abilities that have guided my journey. I strive to use these gifts to honor and glorify Him, recognizing that everything I have been given is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. My goal is to continue developing and using these talents with purpose, gratitude, and faith rather than allowing them to go unused.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to explore and remain open to the many possibilities available to them. There is a vast world of opportunities, even within the communities and spaces they already know. When you discover something you are passionate about, take the time to understand the different paths and career opportunities within that field. Find the specific avenue that aligns with your strengths, interests, and goals—one where you can grow, make an impact, and find fulfillment for years to come.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I hold faithfulness, love, and forgiveness most important in my life. Faithfulness because life will be tough and test your endurance to see the task to the finish. Love because God loved me first which then overflows to loving others as and seeing their character over their flaws. Forgiveness because I am not perfect and neither are you. We will make mistakes that if not forgiven will leave us stuck in the past by our own choosing.
