I work with founders and leadership teams who are building real businesses—not pitch decks.

My focus is on helping companies move from founder-led chaos to structured growth by tightening execution, aligning teams, and fixing the operational and go-to-market gaps that quietly limit scale. I’m especially drawn to people-intensive businesses where leadership, systems, and culture directly affect outcomes.

Alongside my advisory work, I write about the human side of ambition, responsibility, and modern life—what success looks like from the inside, not just the outside.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to curiosity, resilience, and the willingness to course-correct. I’ve learned to listen carefully, question assumptions, and make decisions with clarity rather than urgency. Over time, that approach compounds.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Pivot quickly, don’t linger in failure, and keep moving forward. That advice reinforced how essential adaptability and resilience are to long-term success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t wait to feel ready. Build real capability, take ownership early, and trust your judgment. Competence compounds faster than approval, and confidence follows results.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenge is founder-led chaos masked as growth. The opportunity is building structure early—using technology and AI to support focus, alignment, and execution at scale.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, accountability, and clarity are central to how I operate. I value building my work and life around strong pillars—health, wealth, relationships, and mindset—while protecting time with my children and time for myself. I believe alignment across these areas creates trust, resilience, and lasting impact.
