Q

What do you attribute your success to?

Much of my success can be attributed to the mentorship and guidance of Dennis Ulrich, who invested in me and supported my business ventures every step of the way. I have also been fortunate to receive invaluable support from leading global manufacturers who did not hesitate to open their doors in support of Anomari.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best pieces of advice I received—and have consistently put into practice—was to avoid being the first to speak in a meeting. “He who speaks first loses” taught me the value of listening carefully before offering my perspective.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the jewelry and luxury retail industry is to be your own advocate and never be afraid to use your voice.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest challenges facing the jewelry industry is the continued volatility of metal prices, compounded by the impact of tariffs.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values in my work are integrity, respect and transparency—they guide how I lead, communicate, and build long-term partnerships. This also applies to my personal life.
