About Ramona

I have personally been in the technology field for about 20 years, two decades, and started my own firm in 2015. Before that, I was working for clients in Detroit, Michigan, representing private firms in the insurance industry with a large number of incumbents, building best practices and streamlining solutions for training. I also worked for another consulting firm that I was a partner in, and did a lot of venture capital and strategic financing for large commercial real estate projects, though that was so long ago and I don't really want to get back into that industry. I consider myself a subject matter expert in ESP, Enterprise Solution Partners. We build a lot of SaaS and enterprise solutions in complex industries, specializing in system hierarchies and compliance. We deal with compliance like FINRA and SEC in insurance, FERPA in education, and HIPAA in healthcare. We're very focused on insured tech and clean tech industries, dealing with system solutions that are not only automated but logistically driven by AI. We specialize in human-in-the-loop interface when it comes to AI and AI architecture, focusing on upskilling and retraining employees rather than reducing people. We're a global company with several partners in Europe, but the majority of our insurance work is in the United States, and our logistics clients are here in Detroit because a lot of them are automotive-based. We're a small team of under 1 to 10 people. My company and I were just named one of the top 43 females in tech in the United States by Purpose Jobs. I do a lot of community work and consulting work for startup funds, cultivating funding for startups that are highly technical, especially in the AI space, working actively with venture capital firms and labs that like to scale up startups in technology and AI.
