What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering the industry to find someone they admire—whether in the field, in business, or even in the public eye—and study how they work, lead, and navigate challenges. Then, take the lessons you learn and blend them with your own style and strengths. Ultimately, success comes from observing, adapting, and staying true to yourself.
