Becky Winger is a seasoned Systems Analyst at Baker & Taylor Publisher Services, where she has dedicated over 35 years to optimizing business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and bridging communication between technical teams and business users. Known for her analytical mindset, clear communication, and collaborative leadership, Becky specializes in ERP and WMS integration, business process improvement, and user training. Her ability to translate complex technical solutions into practical, people-centered results has made her an invaluable asset to both her organization and her colleagues.
Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Nyack College and brings a unique educational perspective to her technical work—combining structured problem-solving with an educator’s clarity and patience. She is certified in EBI software and is currently pursuing her Business Analyst Certificate, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and innovation. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay current with your skills and never allow yourself to become too comfortable in one position. Believe in your abilities and recognize the unique value you bring to the table. Continue to learn, grow, and challenge yourself—because ongoing development is the key to lasting success.
