What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to an enduring curiosity about how systems work — and the discipline to transform that curiosity into execution. Throughout my career, I have been willing to step into complex, ambiguous environments and build structure where none existed. Equally important has been the determination to earn trust — by delivering results, developing people, and aligning technology with meaningful business impact.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Have clarity about who you are — and advocate for your worth. When you truly understand your strengths and operate from that clarity, you make bolder decisions and build a career aligned with purpose, not pressure.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Expect challenges, but meet them with competence and resilience. Deliver consistently, and opportunities will follow. Most importantly, stay authentic — you don’t need to imitate anyone to succeed. Your voice and strengths are enough.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
While the industry remains male-dominated at senior levels, the rapid acceleration of AI, cloud, and digital transformation is creating a generational leadership shift. This moment presents a powerful opportunity to redefine who leads and how innovation is driven.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Curiosity, authenticity, integrity, and perseverance define how I work and live. I’m driven to understand and build, but I never compromise on who I am or the values I stand for.
