About Rhonda

Rhonda R. Parker, M.Ed, is an award-winning Autism and Asperger’s educator, advocate, author, and Owner and Executive Director of the Parker Autism Center (PAC) and Parker Transition Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. With over 25 years in business and in education, Ms. Parker has devoted her life to helping children with autism and their families navigate the autism journey. Her career reflects a deep passion for creating inclusive, supportive environments where individuals with diverse abilities can learn, grow, and thrive.

A retired educator with more than two decades of experience across the Dallas, Irving, and Fort Worth Independent School Districts, Ms. Parker was twice nominated for Teacher of the Year and commended by the State of Texas for her outstanding contributions to education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching, is EC12-certified in Special Education, a certified Special Olympics Coach, and was designated an Autism Cohort by the State of Texas. Her most notable professional achievement remains the joy of witnessing students succeed—especially seeing nonverbal children find their voice and achieve milestones once thought impossible.

Through the Parker Autism Center, Ms. Parker continues to provide essential educational programs, advocacy, and transition services to children, adults, and families affected by autism. Guided by her belief in the power of potential, she is committed to expanding her organization’s reach and impact, helping change lives one family at a time. With each new initiative, Ms. Parker’s mission remains steadfast: to inspire growth, build awareness, and create pathways for every individual with autism to realize their fullest potential.
