01What do you attribute your success to?
My parent Elaine Estwick and her best friend and employer Lynne and Herbert and Uncle Mitchell Uiberall. Special regards too Mrs. Stephanie Uiberall-Bronstein BS & Michael Bronstein ESQ, Emily Uiberall-Handler and Matthew Handler.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
In order to get to the pinnacle of success you must start at the bottom. Career choices are often intercepted by life and family. Be courageous and always successfully apply for the position you want not need.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be very careful with word choice and clothing style.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting selected, I am an elite scholar but it's like running for President there is only 1 seat.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Climbing the corporate ladder to break the glass ceiling where men are at the pivot. I dream of becoming a Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial officer to a prestige complex infrastructure with a hierarchy. I dream of interconnecting with persons of scholarly practitionership with the same goals and objectives.

A Tribute to a Beloved Mother and Friend: Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Elaine Estwick
Friendship is the key. My mother nurtured me to become intelligent, thoughtful, and articulate.
My mother, Reverend Mother Teacher Elder Elaine Estwick, NA, MA, HHA, devoted companion, volunteer with Champlain, and beloved wife of Rudolph Theophilus Estwick, carpenter and General Manager at Barbados Bottle Inc., passed away on January 14, 2026. She was a faithful soldier in the Army of the Lord.
She was a vessel of God's love who could never be replaced. She was my dear friend, confidante, and compass. To me, Rochell Y. Estwick, she was everything. She was an attentive listener and an enthusiastic participant in every aspect of her children's lives.
When you think about the friendship between Elaine and Rochell, think about the Bible and remember us. My mother listened to countless stories over the years and truly fought the good fight. She helped shape me into a scholar, a philanthropist, a thoughtful writer, and a confident speller.
I remember being in the fifth grade when I won second place in the school spelling bee, finishing behind Vanirl Mitchell, the top speller at Central Elementary School in Orange, New Jersey (07050). My mother, father, and I often took walks to West Orange, the neighboring town, where we enjoyed slices of pizza together. Those simple outings remain some of my most treasured childhood memories.
There are so many stories I could tell, but who was Elaine Estwick? She was the daughter of Evanston and Doraleen Archer, born on September 6, 1952, in Barbados, West Indies. She later became a proud United States citizen. She was, and always will be, my best friend, my teacher, and one of God's greatest gifts in my life.
My mother is now with the Lord, and I dedicate this tribute to all those who fought the good fight but did not survive cancer. Cancer is a devastating disease. It consumes lives, creates profound loss, and leaves families with unimaginable pain. Only God can truly heal the wounds it leaves behind.
Words cannot express how deeply I wish my mother were still here. Yet I find comfort knowing that God has given her eternal rest. She is now among the heavenly host.
Heaven is real.
