01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself even when you don't have everything figured out. Do not be afraid to take opportunities, make mistakes, and step out of your comfort zone. Invest in education. Surround yourself with people who inspire and who never stop learning. Never underestimate the value of your voice, your experiences, and what you bring to the table. You don't have to wait until you feel completely ready to pursue your dreams; sometimes confidence comes from taking the first step.
