Her Interview

Ten minutes with Roma

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a growth mindset and everyday leadership. I never stop learning and am not afraid to shift gears, having transcended careers from CPA to HR, industries from consulting to tech, and countries from India and Kenya to the US. Leadership does not need to be big and visible; it's the small things you do every day that change someone's life.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't hold yourself back. Think big and think differently. Have a learning mindset and don't think of it as a structured career ladder. The world is there and you can build your own path. Bring empathy to the forefront as it's our superpower as women.
