I want to write and express my sincere appreciation for the invaluable knowledge and guidance I have received throughout my career. The understanding and skills I have developed are, without a doubt, the result of the support and mentorship provided by exceptional leaders.

Throughout my journey, I have consistently worked hard, preserving through challenges that at the time seemed difficult to overcome. My determination stems from a desire not only to achieve personal success but also to demonstrate to those who have doubted me that with dedication and effort anything is possible. Moreover, I am deeply motivated by the responsibility I feel toward my children striving to set an example that hard work is always rewarded and that continuous learning and growth are essential values.

I would like to take this opportunity to specifically acknowledge the significant impact of my mentors Diartraneise Ross and Damion Christophers. Their leadership, guidance, and encouragement have been fundamental to my personal development and accomplishments. Their support has helped me navigate complex situations and and has inspired me to push beyond my limits to reach goals that once seemed unreachable.

Some challenges I encounter in my professional field is that it’s more male dominated, navigating this environment demands not only a high level of competence but also a proactive approach to distinguish myself.
