Rosanna Greene is an accomplished talent acquisition and corporate recruiting professional with over 15 years of experience in the staffing and financial services industries. Currently based in Frisco, Texas, she serves as a Talent Acquisition, Licensing, and Contracting Specialist at Eagle Financial Group, Inc.. Over the past 12 years at Eagle, Rosanna has developed a multifaceted role overseeing end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, licensing, and contracting for insurance agents and corporate positions nationwide, ensuring compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions. Rosanna began her career in the mortgage industry with Countrywide, where she worked for nine years in the 1990s before transitioning to staffing and recruiting. She has since earned recognition for her meticulous attention to detail, ability to streamline onboarding processes, and dedication to connecting candidates with roles that fit their skills and aspirations. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rosanna is known for her compassionate approach, serving as a trusted liaison between candidates, leadership, and compliance teams. A lifelong learner, Rosanna holds an Associate's degree in Applied Performing Arts from KD Studio and earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication from Dallas Baptist University . Outside of work, Rosanna is passionate about equestrian activities, which she describes as a healing and grounding practice. What do you attribute your success to?
I measure success by the difference I make in people’s lives. In talent acquisition and onboarding insurance agents, I guide individuals through licensing, contracting, and career transitions, always keeping their goals and challenges front and center. Being a trusted advocate requires empathy, strong communication, and balancing the needs of both people and organizations.
As a seven-year breast cancer survivor, this work carries even deeper meaning. Life is finite, and I am committed to continuing to change lives, one connection at a time.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the financial industry is to keep learning, stay prepared, and take care of yourself—confidence and knowledge go hand in hand. Build your skills through education, mentoring, and experience, support other women, stay visible, and never let anyone hold you back.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are many opportunities, especially for women in the Financial arena. It is a great way to get involved in your community to help other’s .
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both work and life are compassion, a commitment to people and purpose, continuous learning, and supporting and empowering women. I also believe in taking care of oneself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Outside of work, I continue my journey with the horses , gaining strength every time I ride . Also I recently started making handmade jewelry as another one of my hobbies . I do practice yoga and I knit from time to time.It’s important to take risk in life because you never know the joy that can come from it.
