About Rose
My name is Rose Heineman. I am a professional counselor associate trained in art therapy and counseling approaches to support people experiencing mental health challenges and wellness needs. I am an independent business owner partnered with Mindful Therapy Group. I work with adults 18+ in Oregon, via telehealth and in person sessions. My counseling and art therapy practice centers around providing a safe space to create a sense of ease and well being, for authentic self-expression, relational support, and to tend to emotional & mental health needs. My practice honors developmental growth and change across the lifespan and our human capacity for creativity, insight, and life-long learning.

I value that my clients are experts on their lived experiences and I aim to be curious and have humility in my role as a therapist.
