What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the values of trust, honesty, and the unwavering support of my family, which have grounded me throughout my career and guided the way I lead others. I have also drawn deep inspiration from leaders like Vice President of Administration Becky Hurt, whose drive and ambition have shown me the importance of perseverance, vision, and setting high standards for myself and my teams. Above all, I am most proud of the opportunities I have had to lead people into higher roles, helping them recognize their own potential and giving them the tools and confidence to succeed. For me, success is not defined solely by personal accomplishments, but by the ability to inspire growth, create pathways for advancement, and see others thrive as leaders in their own right.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to never be intimidated, because anything someone else can do, I can do better. That perspective has pushed me to approach every challenge with confidence, determination, and the belief that my abilities are strong enough to meet and exceed expectations. It taught me to focus on growth, trust my skills, and approach opportunities without fear.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never be afraid to ask “how” or “why” to deepen your understanding of any concepts. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, family, and balance. I enjoy expressing creativity through coding content on TikTok, which allows me to share knowledge in a fun and engaging way. At the same time, my greatest priority is my family, and I cherish spending quality time with my four children, creating memories and teaching them the same values of integrity, perseverance, and love that guide me every day.
