Roslyn Webb

Roslyn Webb is the Associate Director of Sales and Marketing at Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, where she has built a remarkable career spanning more than two decades. She joined the hotel in 2001 as a guest service agent and steadily progressed through roles in sales and catering, executive meetings, sales management, corporate sales, and senior sales leadership before reaching her current position. Her journey reflects her ability to recognize opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently grow as a hospitality professional and leader.

Throughout her career, Roslyn has emphasized the importance of genuine relationships, mentorship, humility, and service. She believes leadership is not defined by a title, but by how a person supports others and creates opportunities for them to succeed. She is also committed to professional networking and supporting women in the hospitality industry, including through her involvement with the Mona Lisas organization. Outside of work, Roslyn contributes to her church community through small-group leadership and a women’s Bible study, reflecting the importance of faith and community in her life.

Roslyn describes her personal and professional journey through the themes of leadership, faith, resilience, and hope. As a single mother, she balanced raising her son with building a successful hospitality career, while continuing to pursue personal growth through reading, learning, baking, and crocheting. Her experiences have strengthened her commitment to encouraging others and demonstrating resilience through challenges. She attributes her success to her determination to become the best version of herself, along with the support of colleagues, mentors, and team members who have helped her grow along the way.
