Roxie Jorgenson
Roxie Jorgenson is an entrepreneur, leadership strategist, and keynote speaker with more than 35 years of experience building businesses, developing teams, and helping organizations create high-trust cultures that drive measurable growth. Based in Palmer, she began her entrepreneurial journey in 1991 with a quick print shop and went on to launch and lead multiple ventures in photography, marketing, web design, graphic solutions, and consulting. Over the years, she developed a reputation for turning relationship-building into a strategic advantage, helping businesses strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and create sustainable success through trust-centered leadership. Her career also includes significant nonprofit fundraising work, where she helped grow annual fundraising revenue from $164,000 in projected potential to more than $1 million annually within three years.
Today, Roxie serves as the founder of Roxie Jorgenson Corporate Consulting and Roxberry LLC, where she specializes in leadership alignment, team optimization, change management, and relational infrastructure consulting. Through customized assessments, workshops, anonymous team surveys, and executive coaching, she helps organizations identify “trust leaks” that negatively affect morale, productivity, retention, and profitability. Her work focuses on transforming misalignment into momentum by creating emotionally safe, high-accountability environments where leaders and teams can thrive together. Known for delivering practical frameworks rather than generic motivational advice, Roxie equips clients with actionable tools, roadmaps, agreements, and long-term strategies that strengthen communication, resilience, and organizational culture.
In addition to her consulting work, Roxie is an active leader in professional and community organizations. She serves in leadership roles with the NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association and the Matanuska Telecom Association Foundation, contributing to major discussions around broadband infrastructure and industry development. A frequent speaker, trainer, and writer, she has published articles on relationship-driven revenue and leadership development while also mentoring leaders across industries nationwide. Her philosophy centers on the belief that relationships—not transactions—are the true foundation of long-term business growth, innovation, and organizational success.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building strong, meaningful relationships founded on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. I believe that genuine connections create opportunities for growth, strengthen teamwork, and inspire long-term success both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering this industry to confidently pursue what they want and never be afraid of hearing “no.” Rejection is often part of the journey, but it should never discourage you from continuing to learn, grow, and push forward. Believe in your abilities, stay persistent, and remain open to opportunities that align with your goals and passions.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in the coaching field today is the ability to work remotely and connect with clients worldwide. Technology and virtual platforms have made coaching more accessible than ever, allowing professionals to expand their reach, build global networks, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds and locations.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, kindness, passion, and integrity. I believe in treating people with respect, leading with authenticity, and approaching every opportunity with genuine passion and purpose. These values guide my decisions, strengthen my relationships, and help me create a positive and meaningful impact in everything I do.
