Ten minutes with Ruba
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, curiosity, and a genuine passion for people. Moving between countries, cultures, professions, and stages of life taught me how to adapt, communicate, and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have never stopped learning or reinventing myself from a guide , a language teacher to an educator ,administrator to a certified life coach. My success comes from listening deeply, leading with empathy, and helping others discover their own strengths and voice.By combining education, leadership, cultural understanding, and coaching, I have been able to support women, students, and families in creating meaningful change in their lives. The trust people place in me and my commitment to serving them with integrity have been the foundation of my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice was “If it drains you more than it grows you, it’s not your path.” And that's when I started thinking about who do i want to become and what is my true purpose in life that can have the most impact on me personally and on others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
First think about what is most important to you in life and where you see yourself in five years. Ask yourself who you are now and who you want to be. Find clarity on your passion and overcome internal and external barriers that prevent you from moving forward .Nothing changes if you don't change it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
My biggest challenges are less about skill and more about focus, positioning, and scalability.
How to turn my wisdom to a clear offer .
