Ruth Peterman is a seasoned financial and operations professional currently serving as Controller at OsborneKlein, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Guided by a personal commitment to excellence, she brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to every role she undertakes. Prior to her current role, Ruth built a strong foundation in medical practice administration, spending more than eight years managing operations, finance, and compliance for specialty healthcare practices, including ENT and oral and maxillofacial surgery. In 2020, she transitioned into the private sector as Office Manager and Bookkeeper for a venture capitalist with diverse holdings across real estate, construction, retail, and e-commerce. Her ability to scale systems, strengthen financial controls, and manage complex, multi-entity accounting environments led to her promotion to Controller, where she oversaw financial operations for more than 40 companies.

Ruth is recognized for her strengths in accounting and financial reporting, particularly with QuickBooks Online and Excel, as well as compliance, payroll, revenue cycle management, and human resources. She is known for improving organizational efficiency through thoughtful systems design, policy development, and process optimization.
