Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from resilience and a genuine curiosity to learn. I’ve navigated different roles, industries, and transitions, and each time I focused on showing up, learning fast, and adding value. I also place a lot of importance on integrity and relationships—those have opened doors and sustained my growth.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to recognize my own value and trust my ability to learn. I was once told that adaptability and continuous learning are assets that compound over time, and that focusing on growth rather than perfection opens the right opportunities. That advice stayed with me and has shaped how I approach every role.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

What I would tell young women entering this industry is that what you already have is valuable you are capable, you are enough, and your existing skills and determination matter. Trust in your abilities, be confident in your decisions, and remember that learning and growth are continuous; with persistence, you can always progress and achieve your goals. Most importantly, trust your instincts they will guide you through challenges and opportunities alike.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

As a contract-based Business Analyst, one of the biggest challenges is that when a contract ends, you need to actively seek new opportunities. However, I view this as both a challenge and an opportunity—a chance to pause, reflect, and evaluate my skills, accomplishments, and professional direction. It provides the space to identify ways to differentiate myself, strengthen my expertise, and position myself to stand out in a competitive market.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, continuous learning, and impact are the values that matter most to me. I care deeply about doing work the right way, staying curious and adaptable, and making sure my efforts genuinely add value. In both my work and personal life, I value accountability, empathy, and growth—showing up with respect for others while constantly improving myself.
