Salina Clinton

Salina Clinton is an accomplished operations and leadership professional serving as an L4 Area Manager at Amazon in the Greater Chicago Area. With more than 20 years of experience across management, administration, and the legal services field, she has developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, employee support, and operational leadership. Her career at Amazon began in 2021 as a PG Packer and Training Ambassador, followed by roles as a WHS Coordinator and Safety Specialist before advancing to Area Manager in 2024.

In her current role, Salina leads a team of more than 60 associates, emphasizing training, motivation, performance, and employee development. Her leadership style is grounded in respect, trust, honesty, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Prior to Amazon, she held administrative and office management positions with organizations including James D. Montgomery & Associates, DLA Piper/Ricoh, SE Urban Development, and the U.S. Postal Service, building extensive experience in office administration, coordination, communication, and organizational operations.

Salina is also committed to continuous learning and professional growth. She earned an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J. Daley College and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and earning recognition through Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Lambda. She has also earned certifications in areas including project management, accounting, and mentoring. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Salina is involved in Amazon's Glamazon affinity group, participates in professional and honor societies, and volunteers at a homeless shelter in Illinois. As a mother of five, she demonstrates resilience, determination, and a strong commitment to balancing career advancement, education, family, and service to others.
