The advice I'd give to young women entering Healthcare and / Human Resources is to find inspiration in other women within your field or industry; Look to them for advice and mentorship. Ask the questions and listen to their stories. Seeing other women achieve the same goals that you have is powerful and knowing how they did it is empowering.
