The biggest opportunities in my field lie in evolving the role of a Strategic Executive Assistant into a more integrated business and technology partner, bridging operations leadership with scalable technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making. A key challenge is staying ahead of rapidly changing tools and systems while continuously building the skills needed to translate data into meaningful insights and maintain efficiency in an increasingly fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
