The best career advice I’ve received came from the women I met through CREW and other professional networks—trusted mentors who encouraged me to trust my experience, take strategic risks, and lean into opportunities during times of transition.

I would encourage young women to invest in networking early, focus on building authentic relationships, and never underestimate the impact of showing up consistently and staying connected.

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating rapid growth and ongoing market shifts, while the greatest opportunity lies in the expanding intersection of commercial real estate, energy, and data-driven infrastructure.
