About Schronda
Schronda M. Davis is a Remote Online Notary, Loan Signing Agent, and Chief Executive Officer of Notary24k247 LLC. She has been in the notary and loan signing field for approximately three years, building a business grounded in professionalism, accuracy, and client service. Her work focuses on ensuring that all documents are properly executed, identity verification is completed in accordance with Texas Notarial Laws & Regulations, and clients feel confidently informed throughout every signing session. Early in her journey, she sought a path that would allow her to serve her community while also pursuing greater financial independence. Facing limited opportunities in the current job market, she made the decision to take control of her future by starting her own business. With no immediate family background in entrepreneurship, she pursued certifications as both a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent while working a full-time 9-to-5 job. She dedicated her evenings to studying and training, investing out of pocket in her education and building her business from the ground up, taking a leap of faith to establish herself in an exciting new industry. Through persistence and consistent effort, she launched her services as a Remote Online Notary, offering clients the convenience of completing notarizations from virtually anywhere. As her presence in the community grew, so did referrals and trust from clients who value her reliability and professionalism. In her role as a Loan Signing Agent, she guides clients through complex transactions such as home purchases, refinances, and vehicle-related documents, often managing large signing packages with hundreds of pages while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity throughout the entire process. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, listening to music, shopping, and organizing, as well as, solving puzzles and planning, activities that reflect her creativity, patience, and diligence.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm just determined, meticulous, resilient, and I do things by the book. With these particular attributes, I knew that I would excel in this field of work. Hard work and perseverance have been key for me throughout my whole life. I decided to take a leap of faith even though I didn't have any entrepreneurs in my immediate family to guide me. I just kept studying and completing one task at a time while paying out of pocket for everything until I finally got to the finish line where my business was actually established. Those nerves I had at the beginning quickly faded away once people started contacting me and giving me the opportunity to put all that knowledge I'd gained to work. It feels good to help my clients.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and integrity are most important to me. Communication is also crucial in any business relationship. Effective communication and active listening are skills that are learned. Effective communication is when one successfully delivers a message to the listener in a way that clearly conveys one's intended message. It's like when you're writing a paper; a good writer must always be aware of who their intended audience is in order to communicate with them accordingly. To listen actively means tuning out all distractions and focusing only on the words being spoken at that very moment. It's not as easy as it sounds. Sometimes the listener is preoccupied with forming their response to the speaker instead of fully receiving the message being conveyed. Honesty and integrity are values instilled within me and are evident in every decision I make. Effective communication and active listening are skills that I have developed over time. These values and skills are crucial in this line of work, as well as day-to-day life.
